Scott Noel graduated from Columbia HS in 1989, subsequently graduated from Siena College with a BS, and College of St Rose with an MBA.

 

Early in his career Scott worked for the Albany Firebirds Arena Football team, Red Bull Energy Drink and consulted with companies like Justin Bieber Fragrance, the Atlanta Braves, and IMAX Theaters. 

Today, Scott is the owner of the Ivy Spa and 16 Handles where he has worked with over 100 local charities to create fundraising events in and out of the shop as well as sponsoring over 30 different local sports teams.  

Not only is Scott owner of two of East Greenbush’s favorite businesses, he is also a real estate investor, where he acts as developer, general contractor, and manager for all properties. 

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Scott is a public address announcer for Siena Basketball at the Times Union Center and on Campus, and he has announced for 25 years with teams like the Albany Devils and River Rats Hockey, NY Giants Summer Camps, Albany Conquest Arena Football, Seton Hall basketball, NY Red Bull's Soccer, as well as many other teams and events. 

Scott is a ardent supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Rensselaer County, where he serves on the board. He is also an avid golfer, and for 15 years he organized the Gordy Noel Golf Classic, named after his late father, that benefits the Boys and Girls Club.
